Pest Technician

• Start pay: $24.00 per hour.
• No certifications? No pest control experience? NO PROBLEM!
• PAID classroom and on-the-job training alongside your dedicated trainer, tailored to each individual apprentice’s needs!
• All licensing/certification costs and fees covered by the company.
• PAID vacation and PAID sick time.

Applicant Expectations:

• We require AT LEAST 3 years of front-facing customer service experience.
• You MUST have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• You MUST have AT LEAST a high school diploma or GED
• You MUST have a consistent and favorable work history.
• Our hiring process consists of:

1. Pre-screening Questionnaire (Online)
2. Screening Interview (Virtual)
3. Job Behavioral Assessment (Online)
4. Reference Checks
5. Comprehensive interview (In-person)
6. Commitment interview (In-person)

• We require our technicians to pass BOTH the RI and MA Pesticide Applicators Core Exams during the training process. These exam days are prescheduled into our process.
• Our technicians work one Saturday per month on a rotating schedule. In months with five Saturdays, technicians work two Saturdays. This Saturday schedule does not apply during your initial training period.
