Was referred by a community Facebook page. A large community of yellow jackets decided to take up residence in our cherry blossom tree in the front yard. They laid out all the possible scenarios and a price quote up front. They were able to schedule an appointment window the next day. Dylan called when he was on his way and when he got here. Again, explaining everything he was doing, how the chemical would work, and that there would be follow-up appointments in 2-week increments at no charge until the hive was officially dead. Highly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews, but Guardian Pest Control has this one coming! I called several places to get an estimate to eliminate our sudden mouse problem. From the very start, with Angela the phone elf, the service from Guardian was prompt and highly professional, the "other guys"... not so much. I was given a quote immediately and had an appointment booked for later in the afternoon of the same day. Tyler and his trainee Tanner arrived 37 minutes into their 4-hour window, so VERY prompt. They were clean, polite, professional, and quick. They surveyed the house, told me what they were going to do and did it, answering my questions (lots of them) every step of the way. I was so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and customer service that, immediately after they left, I booked a recurring service to ensure this never happens again, and before you start rolling your eyes (I see you, yes you in the back!) nobody tried to sell me this service on top of what I already paid for, I asked if they had it available. My dogs immediately went through the house and backyard sniffing everywhere Tyler and Tanner went, including where Tanner sprayed repellent around our foundation, no ill effects. They assured me their stuff was pet-safe, and in fact, my dogs aren't even interested in it. Guardian Pest Control is the real deal and has a customer for life!
